Dear Bill, Lou Ann, and Tammy

Hoyt and I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful service and compassion you showed us after our fire. Bill was so comforting when he came out, and told us he would take care of everything.

All of your staff was so professional and personal. I remember Martha saying Mrs. Mc Donald don’t you pack anything just tell me what you want to take with you, and I will take care of the rest of your belongings.

The day you came to get all of our clothes, I asked Bill if he thought he could get my little black dress by the weekend because I had my Uncle’s 80th birthday party to attend in Virginia. Not only did he have the dress, but the rest of our clothes ready as well. Nowhere could you find better service.

The fire was a terrible experience and now that we are back and settled we are delighted. Tammy did a great job getting our things back to us in perfect condition.

We hope we never have another fire, but would use your services again and recommend you to our friends.
