To do this, we offer Continuing Education throughout the year. Not only are these classes very informative but they also help you achieve your required hours. Real Estate Continuing Education Classes

SERVPRO® of Horry & Georgetown Counties is now offering a 4-hour class on a hot topic in the real estate industry - Mold. Ten years ago, mold and mildew was something you cleaned off your bath tile. Today, due to national exposure and a lot of press, it has become a part of the real estate business climate.

SERVPRO®, a locally owned Fire & Water – Cleaning & Restoration Co., has been operating in Horry & Georgetown Counties for over 30 years. The class is presented by SERVPRO’s owner, Bill Roehl, who was the first mold remediator in SC certified by the Inside Air Quality Association (IAQA). Our class offers a more personal approach to continuing education with smaller classes and active participation encouraged. We can come to your office and present to your agents or you all can come to our facility. There is no cost for this class.
